Jada Willis, the visionary behind Grow Forward Community, spent years in Human Resources witnessing the lack of support and authentic connection among women in the workplace. Known for her natural problem-solving abilities and knack for connecting like-minded people, Jada was inspired by her personal experiences to create a space where women can find their own “Crisis Crew”—a supportive network to navigate life’s challenges and celebrate successes together. Her passion for uplifting others led to the creation of GFC, where authentic relationships and growth thrive.

Are there any requirements to be a member?
Yep! Our members are working women that are seeking connection and community with other like-minded women. Like every woman, wearing many hats, and open to receiving and giving support.
What is the time commitment?
All activities are included in your monthly fee and completely optional. Choose your adventure! We do believe that you will get 2X what you give to the community.
How can I join?
Click “Apply Now” and answer a few questions that will give our membership committee an opportunity to learn more about you. You will be contacted within a few business days to schedule a zoom chemistry call with a member of our team. You will be contacted within 7 business days on the membership decision.
